I realize that my blogging has not been consistent. I realize that my blogging has basically been impersonal. Mostly that has been because I can't talk about work, because no one at work knows how many jobs I have! My hope is that I will be able to share a bit more of what's going on in my life once I have the ability to talk openly about what I'm doing.
Tanner figured out why I go to work yesterday. He asked Jenny, "why does daddy work so much?" Jenny said, "He has to go to work so we can live in our house, have food to eat, and toys to play with." Tanner said, "Oh," and walked upstairs to me and said, "Thanks for my toys daddy." So cute. I hope to have a couple more just like him.
Finally, I thought this was the best sports quote I've read in a long time. The Deseret News reported today that Shane Battier, the forward for the Rockets, is "intercepting" calls from the Jazz. In response to this practice (which is really common), Deron Williams said, "Of course everybody knows what we're doing, Coach has been calling the same plays since 1927."
